| I am trying to use my ConZult program on a laptop w/o a serial port or CD drive. I copied and installed the ConZult program on to a USB drive and purchased a serial-to-USB cable and driver. Loaded the driver on to the hard drive of the computer. The instuctions mention green and red LEDs but my ConZult interphase box also has a blue LED. After connecting the ConZult cable to the diagnostic port and placing the car in "ON", all 3 LEDs light up. The blue goes off 1st, then the red. The green stays on. The instructions say the green should go away. Progarn WILL NOT link-up with the ECU. Can the ConZult program link up to the ECU with the engine off? I am trying to verify the function of the fuel pump relay as the engine fires the plugs but won't start. This all after a plenum pull for new injectors.
